Shipping Prices & Schedule
Free Shipping w/ in the U.S!!! International Shipping Calculated on Cart or Cart Page.
Shipping prices and time frames are displayed at checkout before confirming an order.
Shipping Policy (Domestic & International)
All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days & shipped within 3 - 25 days Domestic (within the U.S.) & 7 - 30 days International (outside the U.S.) & USA Remote Areas (*USA Remote Areas include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam). Please keep in mind Customs delays. Specific details available in Vendor Specific Shipping tab
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Incorrect Addresses or Non-deliverable Packages
TFC&H Co. will not be responsible for shipping errors caused by inaccurate or non-deliverable addresses. If your order requires reshipping or replacement all costs will be deferred to the customer.
What do you do if a package is stolen & you did not pay to insure?
If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you have a couple of options.
For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.
If your package came through another carrier, contact the sender of the package to initiate a trace process with UPS or FedEx. The sender will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.
Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.

Refund & Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for most products. Printed Mint has a 5 day return policy. *Our Trendsi, DropshipCN & Automizely Dropshipping Vendors have a 7 Day Return & Refund policy, Merchmixer has a 15 day return and refund policy.* If outside the specified return window or 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, washed or worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will reject items that are damaged, washed or worn.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We will exchange, replace, or refund items that are defective by the manufacturer, and under some circumstances in case of needing a size up or down dependent on the vendor's specification and allowance. **Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless due to error by TFC&H Co. or manufacturer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
