Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TFC&H Co. (formerly Tie - Fly Clothing). Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping w/ in the U.S!!! International Shipping Calculated on Cart or Cart Page.

Shipping prices and time frames are displayed at checkout before confirming an order.

Shipping Policy (Domestic & International)

Shipment time
All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days & shipped within 3 - 25 days Domestic (within the U.S.) & 7 - 30 days International (outside the U.S.). Please keep in mind Customs delays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Customs and import taxes
***Customs Clearance may add additional time to deliveries***
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TFC&H Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

What do you do if a package is stolen & you did not pay to insure?
If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you have a couple of options.

For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.

If your package came through another carrier, contact the sender of the package to initiate a trace process with UPS or FedEx. The sender will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.

Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.

Insured Orders

TFC&H Co. has teamed up with Nano Insurance to provide a way for you to be worry-free about your purchase!!!

  • After purchase & upon selecting to insure your order w/ Nano, you will receive an email with an insurance certificate and a downloadable copy of your full policy. 

  • If there are any issues with your order that warrant a claim, buyers can simply click a link in the email, answer a few questions and Nano will handle the whole process!!!
