ABOUT YOUR BESPOKE WALLPAPER

Handmade to order, your custom wallpaper is a unique wall covering product that you won't find anywhere else, because you are in control of the designs. With a 10 year guarantee and available in any size to fit any wall, choose the perfect dimensions to suit your project. When you make your own wallpaper, you can choose from multiple different papers and order a 24" x 12" wallpaper sample to preview the different finishes. The standard option is strong and durable with a beautiful textured matte finish. The luxurious premium option has the same strength and durability, with a similar finish, while being 100% opaque. It is also pre-coated with adhesive. The wall simply needs to be sprayed and the wallpaper positioned. There is no need for wallpaper paste. All papers have a stunning permanent print, with the premium option offering super-sharp print quality.

HOW YOUR CUSTOM PRINTED WALLPAPER IS MADE

 

There are multiple options to choose from when you design your own wallpaper: standard, self-adhesive, and premium. They are all high quality, beautiful wallpapers, but offer slightly different attributes, which you can preview in our wallpaper samples.

Standard: Your designs are printed onto chic, thick paper that has a beautiful textured matte finish. This durable paper has very good print quality and offers a permanent print. Your bespoke wallpaper has a  guarantee for , when the paper is kept in an optimal position, i.e. away from direct sunlight. It is strong and holds up well to scratches and abrasions. This makes it an ideal wallpaper to use in high-traffic areas. As sustainability is one of our main objectives, your paper is eco-friendly and we use no solvents and only  inks. If you are planning on hanging your paper on a dark wall, we recommend using lining paper before applying your wallpaper. 

Premium: Opt for our premium wallpaper, if you are looking for a 100% opaque option. This stunning paper is water-activated and pre-coated with adhesive. All you need to do to hang it is spray the wall and position your paper - there is no need to add paste. With a matte finish and a gorgeous lightly textured handle, this paper offers a vibrant, permanent print of the highest quality, with super sharp print detail. The non-fade print is guaranteed for 10 years. It also offers the same benefits as the standard in regard to its finish; tough, durable, and scratch-resistant. The certified ECO-print is odor-free and the  inks offer a sustainable alternative to mass-manufactured wallpapers. 

Self-adhesive: If you're looking for no-hassle hanging, self-adhesive is the one for you. Just peel the paper backing and stick onto the wall - it's that easy. Matte and textured, this wallpaper can be removed and mounted to any surface countless times. It's quick-drying and water-resistant, and totally opaque.

Shipping prices and time frames are displayed at checkout before confirming an order.

Shipping Policy (Domestic & International)

Processing &Shipment times

All orders are processed within 3 - 7 business days & shipped within 3 - 25 days Domestic (within the U.S.) & 7 - 30 days International (outside the U.S.) & USA Remote Areas (*USA Remote Areas include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam). Please keep in mind Customs delays.

Holidays

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if it's around the holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TFC&H Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Incorrect Addresses or Non-deliverable Packages

Buyers are responsible for providing a valid, and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. TFC&H Co. will not be responsible for shipping errors caused by inaccurate or non-deliverable addresses. If your order requires reshipping or replacement, all costs will be deferred to the customer. 

What do you do if a package is stolen & you did not pay to insure?
If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your porch, you have a couple of options.

For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. USPS will start your claims process.

If your package came through another carrier, contact the sender of the package to initiate a trace process with UPS or FedEx. The sender will then follow up with you on the progress of your shipment.

Reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft. Many credit card companies including American Express offer protection for members who charge a covered purchase that ends up being stolen. The coverage is limited so check with your credit card company for specifics.

    Return, Refund, Exchange, & Cancelation Policy

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days for non-clothing items and 7 days for clothing & shoes, it is best to handle all refund, exchange, and return requests as soon as possible to avoid decline of request. If more than the specified time has passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, return, or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return,

    Products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it and with all tags and liners attached.

    All items are subject to a $4 restocking fee on all returns & exchanges, unless the return is due to defect, receiving the wrong item or error on TFC&H Co.'s part.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Downloadable software products
    Some health and personal care items

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
    Book with obvious signs of use
    CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
    Any item not in its original condition, washed or worn, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will reject items that are damaged, washed or worn.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the $4 restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 10 business days.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@tieflyclothing.com.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)                                                                                           We replace items that are defective, damaged, or need a size up or down (sizing exchanges are at the discretion of owner). 

    ***Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser & a $4 restocking fee will be charged, unless due to error by TFC&H Co. or manufacturer.

    Gifts                                                                                                                              If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

    Cancelation

    Order cancelations must be requested before the item enters production or shipping phase (usually 24 hours after order made) and will be subject to a $4 cancelation fee. Free if request made within 1 hour of ordering.

    Shipping

    ***We (TFC&H Co.) will be responsible for the costs of returning (not applicable to exchanges) your item if the address is w/ in the U.S.

    All furniture return & exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    All International & US Remote Areas (*USA Remote Areas include: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam) will be responsible for return or exchange shipping fees, customs tax & duties. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.***
