So far, my Eprolo Vendor runs small (Asian Sizes) please order size-up. Vendor name located at top of Product title.
*Shipping
Free Shipping w/ in the U.S!!! International Shipping Calculated on Cart or Cart Page.
There is a 3-10 day processing time for orders (most items are made at time of order). Please allow 3 - 25 days delivery Domestic (within U.S.) & 7 - 30 days International (outside U.S.) Most of our other vendor's orders reach our customers in less than 2 weeks!!!
***Please keep in mind Covid has impacted delivery times, orders may require more time to ship***
***Customs Clearance may add additional time to deliveries, we are not responsible for any additional customs fees incurred on shipments outside the U.S.***
*Sales Tax & Exemption
We may be required to collect state sales taxes for most states at rates which are set by each state, county, and local municipality as determined by the zip code where you receive the delivery. If the state given in your shipping address is one of these states, applicable sales taxes will be added to your total amount and shown on your checkout pages unless an exemption is requested and the order is placed as stated above.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. TFC&H Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs.

- After purchase & upon selecting to insure your order w/ Nano, you will receive an email with an insurance certificate and a downloadable copy of your full policy.
- If there are any issues with your order that warrant a claim, buyers can simply click a link in the email, answer a few questions and Nano will handle the whole process!!!
*Refund
Free, No Hassle, No Questions asked returns/refunds & exchanges!!! Intl customers (outside the U.S.) must pay return shipping, custom & duty fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Our policy lasts 30 days for clothing, shoes & hair. 14 days for all other items. If your return is outside these time frames, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
